Description: The 2023 Eleanor Roosevelt quarter, part of the American Women Quarters Program, honors the activist, First Lady, and diplomat. The reverse design features a portrait of Roosevelt alongside the scales of justice, set against a globe to represent her work on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It was designed by Don Everhart and sculpted by Craig A. Campbell.
