Description: The 2004 Wisconsin State Quarter, the 30th in the series, honors the state’s agricultural heritage with a reverse design featuring a cow's head, a wheel of cheese, and an ear of corn. Released on October 25, 2004, it includes the state motto "Forward" and the year 1848. Known, rare "extra leaf" minting errors (High and Low) exist.

The "Extra Leaf" Varieties
High Leaf (Rare): A, thicker, more defined leaf pointing up toward the middle of the corn stalk.
Low Leaf (Common): A thinner, drooping leaf curving beneath the left husk of the corn.
Origin: Most error coins were found in the Tucson and San Antonio areas in late 2004.
