Drescription: The 2009 Zachary Taylor Presidential $1 Coin, designed by Don Everhart, features a portrait of the 12th U.S. President (1849–1850) on the obverse and the Statue of Liberty on the reverse. Minted in Philadelphia, Denver, or San Francisco, these golden-colored, brass-clad copper coins have edge-incused inscriptions indicating the year, mint mark, and "E Pluribus Unum".

Key Features and Design:

Obverse: Features a portrait of Zachary Taylor, with inscriptions "Zachary Taylor," "In God We Trust," "12th President," and "1849-1850".

Reverse: Features a striking rendition of the Statue of Liberty, with the inscription "United States of America" and the denomination "$1".

Edge Inscriptions: The edge of the coin is incused with the year of minting (2009), the mint mark (P, D, or S), and "E Pluribus Unum".
