Description: The 2015 Nebraska America the Beautiful quarter honors the Homestead National Monument of America (now National Historical Park), representing the 1862 Homestead Act. Released on February 9, 2015, the coin's reverse design features a log cabin, a bucket of water from a hand-pumped well, and rows of corn, symbolizing the three essential elements for survival: food, shelter, and water.

Reverse Design: A log cabin, corn stalks, and a water bucket to represent the homesteading necessities of shelter, food, and water.

Reverse Inscriptions: "HOMESTEAD," "NEBRASKA," "2015," and "E PLURIBUS UNUM".

Designers: United States Mint artist Ron Sanders created the design, which was sculpted by Jim Licaretz.
